Paid monthly with no minimum term. Stop whenever you like. The domain and everything on the site stay yours, and when you stop I send you all the site's files, ready to host anywhere.
No domain yet? I register one in your name at cost, usually US$15–20 a year.
Booking sites take a commission on every booking; guests who book on your own site don't.
I'm Xichen Xue, an independent web designer. I make websites for independent restaurants, B&Bs and small hotels, where a site has one job: getting someone to call, book or walk in.
Every site is designed and coded by hand around what guests look for first: the menu or rooms, prices, opening hours, where you are and how to book. Pages stay light, so they load quickly on a phone and are simple to change when your menu or prices do.
You deal with me directly, from the first preview to every update after launch.
You do. If you already have a domain, the site goes on it. If not, I register one in your name and charge what it costs, about US$15–20 a year.
By PayPal, in US dollars. The US$500 is paid when you give the go-ahead, before I start building. Once the site is live, the US$100 a month is a PayPal subscription: it renews automatically and you can cancel it any time.
Yes, any month. There's no minimum term. When you stop, I send you all the site's files so you can host it anywhere, and help move the domain if you need to.
They give you the tools, and you still do the work: designing the pages, writing them, and updating them every time the menu changes. Here you send me an email and I make the change.
Within 7 days of your go-ahead.
